At El Jefe, we believe quality is not something you talk about. It’s something you stand behind.
From the tobacco we select to the people we work with, we hold everything to one standard. We work with experienced growers, skilled rollers, and trusted partners who take the same pride in their craft that we do.
Our cigars are made with carefully selected Cuban-seed tobacco, grown in Dominican soil and crafted by people with generations of tobacco experience.
We don’t cut corners, and we don’t compromise on quality.
El Jefe is about great tobacco, honest craftsmanship, strong relationships, and giving people a cigar they can be proud to put their name on.
